How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes size and fit details specific to that piece. Our styles are body-conscious, so we recommend checking the measurements rather than going by your usual size. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us at info@sauletcouture.com before ordering — we're happy to help.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 3–5 business days. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way. We currently ship within the United States only.
When will my preorder arrive?
Preorder items ship as soon as they arrive in stock. The estimated date is listed on the product page. If timing changes, we'll email you.
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on unworn items with tags attached. Log in to your account to request a return.
Certain items are final sale, including sale items, bodysuits, accessories, white items, and pieces with sequins or delicate detailing. See our full return policy for the complete list.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer. If your item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong piece, we'll cover it — just reach out.
Once your return is approved, you have 7 days to ship it back.
Do I get my money back?
Approved returns are issued as store credit, which never expires. We don't offer refunds to the original payment method.
Do you offer exchanges?
Because inventory is limited, we don't offer direct exchanges. Return your item for store credit and place a new order for the size or style you want.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@sauletcouture.com with clear photos. We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit, and we'll cover return shipping.
