    At Saulet Couture, we take pride in offering thoughtfully curated pieces designed to make you feel confident, polished, and effortlessly stylish. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

    Returns & Store Credit


    We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered.


    To be eligible for a return, items must be:


    - Unworn, unwashed, and unused

    - Free of perfume, deodorant, or any odors

    - Free of makeup, stains, or damage

    - In original packaging with all tags attached


    Once your return is received and inspected, all approved returns are issued as store credit only, allowing you the flexibility to select another piece you’ll love. Store credit never expires.


    We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.

    How to Start a Return


    To initiate a return, please email us at info@sauletcouture.com with your order number.

    If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

    - Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted

    - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

    - We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns

    Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

    Please inspect your order upon delivery.

    If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@sauletcouture.com with clear photos.


    If approved, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.


    Please note:

    - Damage caused by wear, improper fit, or excessive force is not considered a defect

    - All items are inspected prior to shipping


    Non-Returnable Items


    To maintain the highest quality and hygiene standards for all customers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

    - Sale items

    - Bodysuits

    - Accessories (including bags, jewelry, etc.)

    - Gift cards

    - White items

    - Items featuring sequins, embellishments, or delicate detailing


    Exchanges

    Due to limited inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges.

    To receive a different size or style, simply return your item for store credit and place a new order.

     

    Sizing Responsibility


    We encourage reviewing product descriptions and size details before purchasing.


    We are not responsible for returns due to incorrect size selection, and items damaged due to improper fit (including stressed seams or zippers) are not eligible for return.

    Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


    Processing Time for Returns

    Once your return is received, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing.


    You will be notified once your store credit has been issued.
